Focus optical is a new boutique eyeglass shop located in downtown St. Paul. This forward thinking space was vacant retail transformed into a great little spot to get your eyes examined or to shop for your next pair of glasses! Stop in and check them out! Crowe worked with the Designer and Architect to bring this space from concept into reality.
TCM Acupuncture
Crowe has completed a handful of build-outs and maintenance work for TCM Acupuncture at its multiple locations in Minneapolis and St. Paul. The most recent opening of three treatment rooms and an office at the Lyndale Ave. location in Uptown shown below.
Abbott Northwestern Hospital
This difficult project was completed in eight weeks with the 40,000 square feet of occupied mental health wards. Crowe Construction Management completed this occupied lock-down mental health ward while it was still occupied.
Osseo Gardens Assisted Living
Before Crowe Construction was brought to this project it was an old, outdated, abandoned nursing home. Crowe worked hard to reverse the damage and remodeled it into a bright, happy, vibrant space that would welcome new tenants. It is now an exemplary and fully occupied elderly housing with a garden theme inside and outside of the building.
Highland Chateau Health Care Center
Highland Chateau Health Care Center is a 64-bed, all-private room community care center for seniors requiring long term care and those in need of short term transitional care. It was built over 40 years ago and though the care was top notch the heating system has failed and there were leaks throughout the building. Crowe Construction Management was hired to develop a plan for replacing all the heat piping while keeping the nursing home operating.
