3 Million pounds of sheetrock, 2500lbs of screws

We rocked the last of 234 apartments at the Pioneer Endicott a total of 25,201 sheets of sheetrock were used in the process of restoring these magnificent buildings. It took months of hard-work and planning to get to this point. Crowe Construction is nearing the completion of these historic buildings and this milestone brings another phase of this massive restoration project to a close.
